| Hooch. We had to use wooden pallets during the Monsoon to keep our feet dry. The Hooch was actually very comfortable and only six to eight men inside. Notice the bunker next to the hooch. That was used during rocket/mortor attacks. Submitted by Corporal Wayne Varner

E-mail, from Dan Love. I have been searching various web-sites to gain information about VMF311. I became interested after having acquired a cigarette case. The information and photos I found on your web-site are great. I have attached scans of the cigarette case for you to see. Any information regarding the cigarette case would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards, Dane Love. lovedane@juno.com |
